Lacia Mckee, celebrity cake artist, is the owner of HottCakez of Las Vegas custom cake creations. With over 30 years of cake design experience Lacia has trained hands on with some of the best pastry chefs and has been employed by the best bakeries in the Vegas area. Her passion for baking and cake design motivated her start her own custom cake design company in 2008.
With designs inspired by the Glitz and Glamour of Vegas' infamous VIP night life, Lacia's work has been featured on the hit show TLC's Fabulous Cakes, Food Network (tba) as well as also being named one of People Magazines top 100 celebrity birthday cakes of 2015. Her designs have also graced the websites, pages and tv episodes of Rolling Stone, MTV, Disney, TMZ, Fox, CBS sports and Sports Illustrated.
Lacia's meticulous attention to detail and glamorous flair has attracted celebrity clientele such as Paris Hilton, Mario Lopez, Nick Jonas, Davis Hasselhoff, International DJ/producers Calvin Harris, ZEDD, Avicii, Skrillex, Lil Jon, superstar athletes such Floyd Mayweather, Rob Gronkowski, Reggie Bush, Tito Ortiz and music superstars such as 50cent, Nelly and Florida, Ciara. She has also had the honor of creating a celebratory cake for 2016 Super Bowl champ Denver Broncos.
