I am a self thought baker. Baking runs in my family. When I was very young my mother was a professional cake decorator. I would watch her for hours and pretend I was a baker. I have always admired the art of cake decorating. Unfortunately, my mother went blind and was no longer able to do the one thing she loved. As I got older I chose to inter the field of finance. This past December (2014) I received a kitchen aid for Christmas. I started baking and it sparked that love that I once had as a little girl. I started creating cakes this past February. I am so excited to start this new chapter in my life . What was once my mothers dream has now become my passion.

Thank you Toni !!! I’m still a little confused as to how I post my cakes. In the email I received it says I should post my first cake. Should I show the first cake that I started with 5 months ago or just the last cake I did?

I’d start with the first cake that you did, and then post them in the order that you made them. That way, everyone can see all of the progress you made in such a short time!
