Thank you. Here is my version of it.

I just did one but I used the plastic figures. I made the rainbow out of gumpast. I colored the gumpaste, rolled out each color, and cut out a strip. Layed each strip next to each other, wet the seams and then layed it on the former to dry. It was dry the next day but I made it 2 days ahead of time.
