Hi, I don’t necessarily have the correct answer but I know that when adding them to sugarpaste for modelling purposes gum tragacanth is a natural ingredient and once added should be left over night to work where as when tylose/CMC is added it takes effect straight away so can be used immediately. I’m guessing that it works the same with mmf?
