I know how you feel—-I really, really want to do a sculpted horse cake for my niece’s birthday, & I am really, really terrified! But believe me, a small wedding cake is not a problem! I think they are a lot easier than all the complicated birthday cakes that we do! Just relax & let your creativity flow! Your cakes are amazing!!!
