3A)AMARETTO
1. 2 boxes of Duncan Hines Classic White Cake Mix
2. 14 oz Granulated Sugar
3. 9 oz AP Flour
4. 1 1/3 water
5. 1 1/3 Amaretto flavored coffee creamer
6. 2 C sour cream
7. 8 large egg whites
8. ¼ C oil
9. 1 tsp Lorann’s Amaretto flavoring
10. 1TBSP Vanilla
11. 1 ½ tsp salt
5. Mix cake mixes, flour, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl
6. Add all other ingredients
7. Beat all ingredients together until batter is smooth
8. Spray pans with cooking spray and flour bottoms and sides
9. Pour batter into pans. This batter will fill 3-8”, 2-10” or one 9×13.
10. Start checking at 40 minutes, it is done when the top appears done and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
11. Cool on wire racks
