It sounds great and looks amazing. However…..there’s something special about toppers crafted by hand that I will always still prefer. I’m a bit of a softie for cake artists. If I was a large commerical enterprise or kitchen providing for the masses, machine made manufacturing would be a great way to save money and time I suppose.
