Wonderful to hear that Christine. Melissa carries the breast cancer gene so she had a complete hysterectomy as well because ovarian cancer is such a silent killer. Of her three daughters one has tested positive for the gene and had a double mastectomy at age 26 and will have her ovaries removed in the near future.
