I have seen many many Minnie Mouse cakes (credit to Disney!), but actually have never seen one similar to your very beautiful design. Many people make cakes using the Minnie figure and her position on your cake is in fact a very typical Disney pose, so perhaps people are copying the original Disney pose??? Just a thought. I do agree that people should give credit when they borrow aspects of the work of others.
