It is such an adorable design, Dolcidea. I don’t know that there is anything you can do about others using it without giving credit. In some cases, it is probably thoughtlessness and in others, it is possible the other person could not find the name of the original designer. Be sure your posted pictures have your logo to make them easier to identify, which this one does. Should not have been a problem.
