I’ve been there before. If you want to go only to buy things, you’ll need one whole day, but if you want to include listening to baker chats or watch a live competition, you’ll need two day. It also really depends on whether or not you want to take any of the classes or demos. I’ going again this year but just for one day for mainly meeting my friends and buying stuff :) Good luck.
