Wow! So much has happened since I first posted this…my little cake venture has completely outgrown the cottage food laws and had no choice but to move to a commercial kitchen…now we are researching commercial space, are currently driving to look at display cases and my plan for this evening is to write up my official resignation. Dream big and it will happen! I’ve waited over 15 years for this and cannot believe this is actually happening!
