One note on purchasing KitchenAid mixers at discount stores such as Kohl’s (no criticism, it’s one of my favorite shops!) – sometimes the appliance models they carry are not the same as at other stores. Do your homework online before you shop; know what you want ahead of time. If it’s a special deal, be sure to look carefully at the model number to be sure it’s what you are looking for.
