I totally agree .I was going through all her wonderful tutorials only last week and realised how many she had done for us , I’m glad you wrote this as she deserves recognition for all her great work and guidance to mostly every cake decorator out there . I remember my first modeled animal was achieved by watching her lovely tutorials . What a wonderful lady she is , giving and imaginative what a wonderful lady … THANK YOU ZOE xx
