Hi! I’ve made it a number of times! I usually do as it as a tuxedo (alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake). The icing between the layers is white buttercream that has Oreo cookie crumbs mixed in.
You could also do it as a chocolate cake with the same icing as above.
An unusual request for a wedding cake flavour!
