Mine are all pretty basic ones actually… =D
1. Herb mincer with multiple blades 1/4" apart that I use to cut thin strips of fondant or gumpaste…I’ve modified some of the blades so they cut 1/2" strips too
2. Cake smoothers…just no way to get halfway decent edges wihout them
3. Rolling pin…cannot get fondant rolled out evenly without one!
4. Long straight edged spatula for ganaching
5. Scalpel for cutting out details
