I’m sorry I don’t have one hopefully this bump will get someone will see this post and reply with a recipe. A backup plan, maybe make a normal wedding cake and see if you can make a little something special for whoever needs it to be gluten free. A mini cake or something? I’m sure you can get gluten free cake mix at just about any grocery store. I got to do a barley free one so I need a special type of flour, normally I don’t do orders like this but it’s for a friend.
