Thank you. I have recently moved from a home/ hobby business to a donut / bakery / cafe. My custom orders are coming in too fast to keep up but we are so indebted we really cant afford to hire more help. I am struggling to find balance and serenity. We are thinking of dropping the “cafe lunches” to focus more on the custom cake orders.
