Windsor cake co sells massa at an average of £7 a kilo if you buy the 7kg tub (which i presume lasts) – I don’t think that’s too bad for something that could save you hours and you can roll very thin? I’ve decided I’m going to try it after reading the other thread (I’d never heard of it before that point LOL)
