If you have the image you can probably take it to your local supermarket and ask them for an edible image. My grocery store (ShopRite) will print them for me for $10 a sheet.
Sweetwise also just started selling printable frosting sheets (http://sweetwise.com/edibles/edible-decorations/frosting-sheets.html). neither of these will stick to fondant on their own. You will have to use edible glue to get it to stick.
