Not wishing to put a dark cloud over this, but six days time is very short notice. I would hope you have got the total amount up front for this cake before you start to work on it?? Don’t want you to find someone’s wasting your time after all that effort xxx I’m sure you won’t let yourself be put into that situation though xxx On a positive note I agree using columns or even vases between the layers with fresh or fondant flowers could add height xxx
