Hello every one! I feel like I know you all already; but maybe you don’t know much about me. I’m a hobby cake decorator; I have a full-time job at the local University (which I enjoy very much); I have 3 sons (age 27, 18 & 16). My husband is my biggest fan AND my best critic. I have been baking/decorating cakes off & on since the early 1980’s. I have always viewed it as my ‘hobby’ and only until the last few years have taken it a bit more seriously. I have spent as much as 30-40 hours on some of my creations and I so appreciate all the wonderful comments/compliments that I receive from my peers here on CD! I also know that if I need advice or help, all I have to do is ask and someone here is always more than willing to help. I, in turn, like to help others as much as I can just to return the favor:)
