the journey begins

Iv always been creative and had an artistic flare but i never was a baker. one day i decided to try making my daughters 1st birthday cake and with the help of my friend i made my first cake, a mickey and minnie mouse 2 tier cake. i was so surprised with its outcome that iv been experimenting since and in a yr iv managed to make over 25 cakes. not bad for a full time mum of 3.its a hobby i would maybe like to make into a career, but its so hard on my back so hopefully as soon as we move and i have a bigger kitchen space i can start to maybe pursue it as a career. i hope u like my cakes they are not amazingly stunning (iv only been doing this a yr) but with all the work i put into them im pleased with the outcomes. hopefully i will soon be adding some of my own tutorials and some links to pages which i found to be of great help. happy browsing :)
