Differences between Fondant, Modelling Paste & Gumpaste and what to use them for!

Hi Everyone, Do you hear terms like fondant, sugar paste, icing, modelling paste, floral paste and gumpaste and you have no idea of the differences or which is best to use for which cake project? In this weeks cake decorating video I'm looking at what each of their different characteristics and what you can use them for.
