Once upon..Today..

Hi, i am Ozge Kocaer. I have been dealing with cake decorating since 6 years. In 2013 i have started this business for my daughter. During this 6 years i worked in big and small bakeries. For last 2 years i owned my own atelier but unfortunantly closed because of my health issues. Currently i am working freelance. I both give cake classes and design custom cakes.

Nowadays as in every apartment there is one cake designer; if snow white lived today she would most probably be a cake designer. As alreasy she has 7 little crew all her business is in full flow. I reimagined this tale princess as a cake chef . Hope you like it!
