Today I am going to show you how I make Sponge Fingers. This biscuit goes by many names. They are often called Lady fingers, Savoiardi in Italian and Loffel bisquit in German. Sponge Fingers are a dry biscuit because there is no fat in the recipe, but when it is eaten with creamy or juicy ingredients they are delicious. The best example of there use is in Tira Misu. This video is the first in my Tira Misu series. Please enjoy this free Yeners Cakes Tips video.
