Hello, welcome to my tutorial demonstrating how to crystallise, crytallize (candied) edible viola flowers. This method can be used on all edible flowers. As it is spring in the UK and these beautiful Viola’s are growing in my garden I am using these. Edible flowers looks very pretty served in salads, with a dessert or pudding, in ice cudes and in cocktails. I think the crystallised edible flowers look beautiful on a cake…particularly on a naked cake.
