A special Wedding cake

Today we show you how to make a wedding cake decorated with sugar paste .

We have prepared a cake with four floors for a special wedding anniversary. The cake was covered with sugar paste and decorated with festoons of royal icing. To achieve the festoons we used the practical help provided by the Decora Compass kit.

On the site of the ceremony we put the cake, covered the seams between the cakes with decorative ribbon and placed roses , buds and leaves of sugar paste .
