How to make a REALISTIC CABBAGE cake!

This tutorial shows you how to create realistic cabbage faux food cake. This cake was made to celebrate the test run of a Guinness World Record attempt that is happening later this year in the UK, to try and make the largest ever dish of sauerkraut!

Watch how to carve, colour, texture and finish a cake when trying to recreate a realistic and life like illusion cake. These techniques could also be transferred to smaller models for cake toppers for gardening, allotment or veggie cakes.
