SUGAR ROSE (pink-purple): GARDEN/DAVID AUSTIN style WITH OR WITHOUT CUTTERS

When I saw this rose I knew I wanted to recreate it in sugar. The distinctive double spiral center caught my eye. The only thing I did differently was to increase the strength and contrast of color as the flower I observed was a much more muted light pink-purple. You can choose to use cutters or no cutters for this tutorial.
