Great tutorial, thanks for sharing! can we use something other than liquor ( alcohol free )?
Deema: i always use clear liquor like vodka or Gin, or rum no matter if is yellowish, it will not leave any volor or smell since it evaporates really fast. You can also use lemon extract but I don’t think is a good idea when using it over a large cake (I think gin is cheaper) but it will leave a nice lemon smell on the cake. HTH
