Sugar Lace Video Tutorial

This is a recipe that I adapted off a blog. Sugar lace is so popular and trendy at the moment that I could not resist feeling inspired and wanting to share what worked so well for me :)
I did forget to mention in the video that the amount of water will affect how firm/brittle or pliable your Sugar lace will dry – please watch part two Video on how to dry it and use a silicone mat to create beautiful edible lace.

*Here are my metric measurements: *

  • 125ml water
  • 10ml tylose powder
  • 15ml icing sugar
  • 30ml corn flour
  • 2,5ml meringue powder
  • 5ml liquid glucose
  • 2ml glycerine
  • A teaspoon being 5ml
