Today I’ve made this adorable 3 tier cake featuring Rilakkuma together with his friends Korilakkuma & Kiiroitori!

This cake is TOTALLY FONDANT FREE using whipped chocolate ganache and candy lollies to decorate!

You could choose to make just your favorite character as a single cake or like me create all 3 friends together for a pretty impressive cake! These popular Japanese toys make the most adorable theme for any party and would be great for baby showers and toddler cakes.

yellow powdered/oil based food coloring
6-8 licorice all-sorts (you will need the black, orange and white sections of the all-sorts)
