For the Little Ones - 2015 Christmas Cake Collaboration

The news this year has been full of tragic stories involving children. It would be naive to imagine that we can help all of the children but, Hannah Edwards (The Cake Illusionist) decided that the baking community could help some of the children by creating Christmas Cakes and using those cakes to raise money for Youth related charities of their choosing. 16 bakers participated and raised a staggering £2,688.25. This was a terrific initiative and effort by all concerned and I am so pleased that I was able to participate. Well done Ladies.

Looking forward, with my fellow bakers, to doing it all again next year – Merry Christmas to the worldwide baking community
