Free Cakes For Kids #3: Been away and so much to say!

Well it has been a little while since my last blog post,
but I have been so busy!

We had great success with our bid for a donation from our local rotary club and I have managed to invest in some much needed boards and boxes for my volunteers to put their cakes on and in for the children :-)

We have been very quiet on the caking front but I have been so busy doing the last minute organisation for our annual cake and bake competition.
I have been sorting out all the prizes and I have been amazed by the genorosity of the sponsers this year!
Katy Sue , Tesco, Wyvale, Karen Davies and so many more have donated £100s worth of prizes!
I have found out people are traveling from as far field as Kent and Yorkshire to enter too!
Wow
I think we may well be getting there to being a great event for every skill level and age to enter!
I decided that this year children can enter for FREE and I have been busy trying to get lots of other crafts and activities to fill people’s day …..
