"Kathakali" -Sculpting and Painting

kathakali" is a dance form from the God’s own country[South India,Kerala].Being fortunate to be born in kerala, I have always dreamed of making kerala dance forms into cake .It took 3 days to finish the Kathakali because of the detailed work.The skirt part of the Kathakali is cake,the top part is gumpaste.Making all the tiny details from the ornaments dancer is wearing to his nails where challenging.For the crown the ,I had to patiently attach all the tiny stones and paint the crown different color.This will be one of the biggest Acheivements in my life when it comes to Cake decorating.
