Now onto “Clikstix” cutters. Equipment needed:
- Clikstix cutters (available in a range of sizes, shapes and fonts)
- Create-a-Cake sugarpaste (non-stick)
- Non stick rolling pin and board
Roll the sugarpaste to the desired thickness and cut into manageable strips. Holding the frame of the cutter, press down firmly into the sugarpaste. Wiggle the cutter to ensure you get a clean cut.
Smooth out any frayed edges with your finger.
Place your fingers close to the sugarpaste and press down in the centre of the Clikstix cutter.
Your sugarpaste will pop out with ease.
