Cookies

Lately I have become interested in decorating cookies with royal icing. There are some incredible looking results which can be achieved, but I’m wondering if the time involved could make them suitable only for a very special occasion!

I decorate cookies all the time. As you do it more and more you can get quicker and it so it is not as time consuming. I find it i need to do something quick for someone I will suggest cookies over a cake. I can do them so much quicker than a cake these days.

Yes cookie making is very addictive and time consuming. I have yet to figure out a way to be able to decorate faster. Also the wait time for them to dry takes forever! Especially when you are in a humid climate!
