40 oz. fondant to cover and decorate cake

cup with water and a little brush or a water brush
icing sugar
2 wood ribbon of 0.2 thickness
modeling tools cake decorating, some toothpicks and skewers

Instructions
Prepare 10 oz. of green fondant, 2 oz. of pink (light and dark), 2 oz. of orange (light and dark), 2 oz. of yellow. (the amount of color you need depends on the type and brand). Place the colored fondant in a bag for food and let it rest until use.
Prepare a sheet of parchment paper on the silicone pad.
Sprinkle the baking paper with a little icing sugar.
Roll out 8 oz. of green fondant with the large rolling pin to cover the tray.
To prevent sticking rotate the fondant continuously, without flip over
Brush the tray with a little of water using the silicone brush.
Brush the edges of the tray too. Place the fondant on the tray with the help of the rolling pin.
Press well using your hands or the smoother. Cut the excess and then finish with the cutter.

Roll out 20 oz. of fondant with the large rolling pin and the 2 ribbons, then remove the ribbons and roll some more to have a sheet of fondant of 15". Place the fondant on the cake pressing gently from top to bottom and around the edge. Press the surface of the cake with smoother.

Cut the excess and then finish with the plastic cutter. Brush the cake tray with water and put on the cake.
