Beautiful cake, Julez! Looks really fresh, perfect for Summer!!! Good idea to freeze it before travelling. I might take you up on that idea, Summer in Malta can be really hot!! We don’t have a lot of travelling to do here, Malts being such a small island, but a cake could be freezed before it is taken out on display during a party hours before it is eaten.
