re: black and white cake lace

Shame about the black fondant! I use petinice (that is all I can get in South Africa!), and it works okay. I know that darker colours are more difficult to get over the cake. Still I think you did an amazing job! Your royal icing work is just perfect! You have a very steady hand and your designs are exquisite! I think this is a wonderful cake! xx
