Thanks Christine, the recipe worked out fine, i was really pleased with the end result. But i think i should have used a 4" deep pan not 3" that i have, the cake rose up nearly an inch higher than my tin and caught a bit on top. I did not mind as the top got cut off any way. Kind regards Tracy
