Wow, wow, WOW!!!!! Ellie, this is truly magnificent!!! I just can’t imagine all of the hours and hours this took! It turned out so beautiful! I LOVE it! The tulip cupcakes are such a nice touch. Each of those gorgeous tulips must have taken a tremendous about of time as well!
