Hi, I am a hobby baker located in Ledbury, Herefordshire who thoroughly enjoys creating cakes for family and friends and hopefully get a good reaction from the results. I find it therapeutic and relaxing and wish I could do this full time. I am totally self taught and get real pleasure by finding new skills.
