Thank you Elli, I keep trying, but for some reason I really could not get in to that cake, it just was not flowing for me but I had to finish it as it was a present for my neighbours.
Could you help me Elli, with what I can use as a glaze on fondant I have read some of the glazes give a bitter taste which would be no good for a cake.
