@Chrissycakes,for the dome part of the cake,I use a stainless bowl just put a flower nail in the middle to cook it evenly.You can also use pyrex bowl or the wilton wonder mold pan. There is a tutorial at CC-just search for bridal dress cake tutorial.HTH.
