Thanks! I struggled with the “messy but not sloppy” look. Since this was my first time attempting a rustic buttercream wedding cake, I’ve got to say, I over thought it a little. A mini offset spatula was my best friend for this project. Next time it will be a breeze! The fresh flowers made this cake really special and elegant!
