re: Frangipani and sea shell wedding cake

Thankyou Elli, I was abit concerned because when i stacked them the icing in the middle of the bottom cakes was getting pushed out the sides, caused a bulge under the fondant. I only had 4 days notice to do this cake and didnt have enough dowels and no one had any in stock . I think NooMoo hit the button on the head, not enough dowels!
