This buttercream is stable enough to be molded in small amount and in low temperature. It seems much more with a buttercream pasta than the clasic buttercream. The thing is that you cant make details such as eyes or fingers, and it can’t be so stable as chocolate or gumpaste. Thank you Sandra !! :) :)
