re: Cinnamon Roll Cake

Thanks friends, it really is a nice cake. Lighter and less spicy than a regular spice cake. And I changed the cinnamon icing to caramel because cinnamon and caramel are favorite flavors of his combined. By the way, I should add I allowed the carmel sauce to cool before adding it to the whipped Italian meringue. I also searched but couldn’t find a new flavor of Lindt truffles called Snickerdoodles. Those would have made a nice touch but think they must have sold out during the holidays, so I just used their regular white chocolate truffles.
